The FODMAP-friendly meal range is designed to help ease symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), such as intestinal bloating, gas, and discomfort. It provides a simple, healthy meal solution for those following a low-FODMAP diet or those struggling with IBS symptoms. Most people will have no trouble digesting our other meal ranges.

Each ingredient used in the RadixFODMAP-friendly range is evaluated using the Monash University FODMAP Low FODMAP Diet Ingredient Guide. The quantity of each ingredient used per serving in the FODMAP-friendly product falls under the “Green” traffic light rating system, allowing customers to eat multiple servings of different foods per meal. The serving size of each ingredient will be tolerated by most individuals with IBS, but meals are not intended to be used as part of a FODMAP elimination strategy.

You may have concerns about some ingredients that are typically considered high FODMAP. Rest assured that our meals have used these ingredients in small enough serves that the portion is considered low FODMAP. Multiple servings of ingredients can be combined per meal using the recommended portion sizes in the Monash University guide.
